Part of growing a different and better world around us is by practicing responding to all relationships around us with a choice to grow and adapt instead of waiting for the perfect connection or environment to show up. Sometimes we need a space to retune or return ourselves into a compassionate mindset with peers who are trying to live their lives consciously and do the same. Sometimes this space is going to church, others get there by going on a walk in the woods, and some people go to a R2C (Returning to Compassion) Group.
R2C groups are self-help or community led groups practicing deepening contactful relationship connections with whatever is going on in their lives and in the present moment. They are led by a community member who has experience with the Returning to Compassion Model and is practicing living and teaching it. The model explains how we grow conflict and connection in human relationship.
